The purpose of the Workforce Survey is to help the PFN Group of Companies gain a better understanding of the Nation’s employment and contracting capacity as it relates to upcoming potential projects. Our goal is to identify any gaps and opportunities for training and employment. In assessing these aspects, the leadership, working in partnership with PFN Group of Companies, is better able to understand the challenges and solutions to meeting the current training, employment and contracting opportunities associated with upcoming projects.
This survey is designed to develop a skills inventory and identify Pasqua First Nation member-owned and operated businesses as well as help identify training and employment gaps and opportunities for Pasqua First Nation members.
All information gathered will be held in the strictest of confidence and used only for the purpose of determining the skills inventory, career goals, and identifying locally owned and operated businesses.
Any employment or sub-contracting opportunities that arise as a result of partnerships with PFN Group of Companies will be offered to members who complete the workforce survey and agree to be contacted for opportunities.
