Established in 2023, Paskwa Farms Ltd. is a venture proudly owned by the Pasqua First Nation. Paskwa Farms aspires to evolve into the primary steward and cultivator of all agricultural land owned by the Pasqua First Nation, diligently overseeing the sustainable management and responsible farming practices of our ancestral territories. This commitment aligns with our dedication as stewards and custodians of the land. Through this initiative, we aim not only to uphold our responsibility but also to generate economic prosperity for our Nation.

In its inaugural year of operation, Paskwa Farms is set to sow around 3400 acres, focusing on the production of grains and oilseeds. As we progress, our long-term vision encompasses the expansion into horticulture, with plans to grow a variety of fruits and vegetables.

At the core of Paskwa Farms is the incorporation of Indigenous values and knowledge, ensuring a harmonious and sustainable approach to farming. By blending traditional wisdom with modern practices, we aim to create a thriving agricultural enterprise that reflects our deep-rooted connection to the land.
